The Opportunity…
At Hinkley Point C (HPC) we are building two new nuclear reactors, the first in a new generation of nuclear power stations in the UK providing low carbon electricity for around six million homes.
As a Business Support Analyst, you will oversee the production of presentations for senior stakeholders and manage the production of MEH Board Papers, including collation and proofreading.
In this role you will be coordinating candidate interviews and onboarding processes for personnel within the MEH Programme, ensuring financial provisions for contracting staff while managing budgets.

What you’ll be doing…
- Producing presentations for senior stakeholders by liaising with the MEH Senior Lead Team and other collaborators.
- Managing the production schedule of MEH Board Papers, including gathering information, proofreading, addressing stakeholder feedback, and overseeing follow-up actions.
- Facilitating candidate interviews across the program to ensure transparency.
- Coordinating the use of graduates and interns within the MEH program.
- Managing budgets for contracting staff through various framework contracts.
- Coordinating MEH events, including venue selection, agenda creation, slide pack development, logistics coordination, and post-event feedback collection and dissemination.
Who you are…
Your background may include some of the following:
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing briefs.
- Strong attention to detail with proven leadership and organisational skills.
- Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders effectively.
- Able to act on feedback, reflect, and continuously improve.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management.
- Background in project management with experience in running events.
