Juice is excited to be working exclusively with a market leading estate agents in central Bath as they look for a Business Support Coordinator to join their team.
This role is situated in the heart of Bath, with stunning newly renovated offices, where you will be joining a fun and successful team.
We are looking for a professional and dynamic individual to work closely with the Office Manager, providing administration and secretarial support and acting as first point of contact for the office in person and on the telephone.
This is a varied role, with plenty of scope to develop your administrative skillset and full training is provided.
DAY TO DAY
- Answer incoming calls, respond to website enquiries, and handle all walk-in clients.
- Assist with diary management for the office to include arranging and organising property visits and viewings
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary documents before marketing.
- Deal with the administration for property listings and update them.
- Manage property and client records.
- Liaise with the marketing team to organise mailers, brochures, window cards, pitching materials, and any other marketing assets.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Prior experience in a Business Support, administration or front-of-house role preferred but not required.
- Flexibility, adaptability and a co-operative attitude.
- Excellent standard of English grammar and spelling.
- Be able to work effectively under pressure.
- Be diligent and efficient.
- Have good attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Be positive and self-motivated.
- Work the occasional Saturday and work in the office full-time.
