37 hours a week: Mon - Fri
Up to £17.20 per hour PAYE (depending on experience) / Umbrella rates also available
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our client’s UK Head office based in Peterborough. They’re a global manufacturer, and if you’re a budding analyst this Company can offer you opportunities to propel your career. To be successful we’re looking for someone who’s keen and eager to learn, and personality really will go a long way in this instance!
What would the Business Analyst do?
- Attend project meetings and understand what’s going on in the business and the help that’s required to ensure the success of the project
- Complete data analysis using system generated reports
- Use Excel to analyse data and then provide reports as required (e.g., reporting on spend)
- Collaborate with European stakeholders involved in the project
- Travel to European countries when the project goes live (approx. 10% of time, will be travelling)
What skills and experience will the Business Analyst have?
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or project management office roles
- Analysis/Reports - demonstrable experience analysing data & creating reports on your results
- Intermediate Excel skills (you’ll be able to create pivot tables, use formulas, v look ups etc.)
- An effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills - we’re looking for someone with real drive, who’s eager to achieve their goals and is able to chat to anyone at any level!
- Computer literate and background using Office 365
- Power BI and PowerPoint experience would be an advantage
