6 Month Initial Contract

2/3 days per week on site (Central London)

£650 - £700/day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella Only)

A major speciality insurance organisation is looking for a business Analyst to assist their Business Architects with capability assessments and strategy delivery.

This individual will help with facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders, taking notes, gathering information and outputs and following up, challenging and working with the stakeholders involved (Claims, underwriting, product, Business Development)

Candidates will need the following experience evidenced in their CV to be considered for the position:

• Vast insurance experience (Compulsory), London market of speciality insurance experience (Highly desirable)
• Target Operating Model design or strategy delivery experience (Compulsory)
• Capability modelling experience (Highly desirable)

Soft Skills

• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills (Compulsory)
• proactive and able to join the dots from information they have gathered
• friendly
• not afraid to ask questions and challenge stakeholders when necessary
