• Minimum of 10 years change delivery experience - essential.
• Lead BA experience - essential
• Strong Data and Analytics background - essential
• Large multi-year, incremental delivery programme experience - essential
• Regulatory Change experience - desirable
• Data remediation experience - desirable
• Public Sector change delivery experience - desirable
