Purpose of the Role:
Work on a Project of migrating existing and new personal pensions customers to a new system. The ongoing project is the delivery phase now and require active participation in end-to-end design workshops and defining customer journeys and processes.
As the Business Analyst - Pensions and ISAs, you will be responsible for:
- Defining customer journeys and processes aligned to our Customer Experience and digital ambitions.
- Understanding of our business drivers, key risks and issues.
- Collaborating with our project team.
- Understanding options, recommendations and agreeing decisions.
- Working to document processes and controls.
- Gathering requirements, process modelling, process mapping, user stories and more.
- Analysing and identifying metrics for improvements and implementations.
What we require from the candidate:
- Experience working with Pensions and ISAs.
- Ability to work as part of the team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good collaboration skills and capability to work well with others - internal and external.
