The Opportunity
To act as the Lead Business analysis to support "Tshape" which is a new business/retention opportunity project, by working with stakeholders from our Client Phoenix and internal stakeholders to design and deliver process solutions and monitor ongoing performance.
The role is hybrid, meaning they will only expect you in the office 3 days per week. With your home office being any of the following - Edinburgh, Peterborough or Basingstoke.
You'll be:
- Lead the design and implementation that delivers "Tshape" operational processes which support new business opportunities such as the retention of Phoenix Heritage policies using project management rigor.
- Apply appropriate analytical methods and techniques, to shape and define business solutions (e.g. processes and operational changes), documenting them in accordance with agreed format and quality standards.
- Document & articulate the impact of proposed solutions on benefits, costs and risks, in order to inform project and business decisions
- Build MI and executive reporting that can be shared internally and externally that supports Tshape activity
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within Phoenix and Diligenta and act as the bridge between the two parties when building processes ensuring that solutions deliver value for both organisations and our customers
- Retain oversight of implemented processes, carry out regular reviews of effectiveness and where required, recommend changes that support better outcomes for the businesses and our customers
You should apply if you:
- Business knowledge - Broad awareness of the Financial Services industry and the regulatory environment
- General understanding of project methodologies and approaches.
- Working knowledge of business analysis and information/data presentation techniques, including the standard MS software applications
- A systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving.
