Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 D.O.E + Benefits

A leading organisation in the Financial administration space requires a Business Analyst to join its fantastic growing team.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements & acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered
• Understand complex issues, identify root causes, analyse options, develop recommendations, and deliver solutions which result in business growth
• Identify risks and track through to resolution, utilise tools such as Jira to manage tasks, producing project status updates and ensuring issues and risks are communicated to stakeholders appropriately

Ideal candidate experience:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a global or financial services environment (minimum 4 years BA experience)
• Experience with reporting platforms and visualization tools highly advantageous
• Understands Cost / Benefit analysis and financial impact
