We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team. As a Business Analyst, you will take ownership for delivering detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed time-scales and quality.
With the opportunity to work across the whole of the Royal London business, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. With your good understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations that will guide strategic decision-making.

About the role
- Analysis of large and/or complex change initiatives.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement appropriate and effective solutions.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Define use acceptance tests.
About you
- Experience in one or more of the following disciplines (Marketing, Commerical, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments).
- Advanced in analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools and standards.
- Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles.
- Proficient interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
- Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
- In depth knowledge and understanding of your specialism (where appropriate).
