Business Analyst

What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide business analysis and change management expertise, supporting CHP stakeholders through the review and improvement of business processes and technologies.

• Facilitates the capture, definition, and development of business requirements through discussions, workshops, and interviews with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce/Review 'As-is' business processes, identify process improvements and develop 'To-be' processes to establish the required business need.
• Produce high level and detailed business requirements that are complete, clear, and concise which can be understood by IT Development resources and business stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation including product requirements, functional specifications, UX Wireframes, Test cases, business process flows and customer journeys.
• Undertake QA including execution of test scenarios, support the business conducting regression and user acceptance testing and facilitate bug resolution.

Requirements

What we're looking for

• Understands the full project and development lifecycle from idea to implementation using Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Significant experience compiling specification documents, product backlog lists and User Stories.
• Demonstrable experience of mapping 'As-is' and 'To-be' processes.
• Excellent communication skills and well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.
• Confident in working autonomously.
