Business Analyst (graduate or equivalent)
Location: Romford, East London (hybrid after Probation period 3-6 months)

We have an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Business Analyst with software development skills to join an innovative team within a global logistics organisation in their Romford offices.
The role will encompass the entire end-to-end life cycle of fast-moving projects and will involve business analysis and supporting with hands-on development. Full-time presence on site is required for the training period.
Duties of the role:
- Initiate & stimulate business and application improvements
- Develop process and application designs
- Solve issues, together with the service team
- Prepare & execute system test plans
- Controlling the roll out
- Prepare application training documents
- Supporting all solutions (including those created by others in the team)
Requirements:
- A degree in computer science, information systems, information technology or business information technology (or another STEM degree)
- at least 3 years work experience in process or application support role in which combining Business & IT was an important aspect
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferably with experience in working in an international environment

- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communicator with all types of user (technical and non-technical)
- Process flow diagrams
- SQL skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Ability to read basic HTML
