Business And Management Learning Coach/Tutor

RHG is a national training and consultancy company delivering apprenticeships, adult learning and commercial training. Quality of learning is key to our success and due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled learning coach to deliver our level 3 - level 5 Apprenticeship in Business and management programmes.

The role is home based and our training delivered remotely by group webinars, 1:1 coaching sessions, e-learning, on-line forums and other interactive resources to support learners through their learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Plan and deliver remote learning by group webinars, 1:1 coaching sessions, forums and ad hoc contact with learners
• Provide feedback to learners on their assignments and group work
• Carry out progress reviews with apprentices and their line managers
• Support apprentices in preparing for their end point assessment
• Record and monitor learner’s progress through their learning programmes using our Learner Management System
• Provide pastoral support to learners and report any safeguarding, prevent, health and wellbeing issues to our safeguarding officer
• Keep up to date with the requirements of End Point Assessment Organisations, the ESFA, Ofsted and Awarding Bodies.
• Participate in standardisation and quality improvement meetings
• Embed English, mathematics, safeguarding, British values, prevent, equality and diversity, health safety and wellbeing into your delivery of the management programmes
• Collate stakeholder feedback to improve the quality of delivery
• Maintain and update your professional competence and knowledge through CPD
• In collaboration with our product development team, assist in the design and development of new learning modules and methodologies
• Maintaining an outlook appointment calendar

Essential criteria

• Good level of IT skills
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Excellent written English skills
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Right to live and work in the UK

Desirable criteria

• Experience of delivering apprenticeship programmes
• Experience in using an LMS such as OneFile or Smart Assessor
• Level 5 business or management qualification
• Experience in bid or tender processes
