We are seeking a talented Business Architect to lead the development of our Target Operating Model (TOM) and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our organization. Responsibilities:

1. TOM Development: Lead the design and development of the Target Operating Model, utilizing your expertise to identify key business problems, validate options, and articulate the future state of our organization.
2. Engagement and Change Management: Conduct structured engagement processes with business users to facilitate necessary changes, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with organizational objectives.
3. Process Improvement: Utilize a range of tools and techniques including Lean, Systems Thinking, and Business Process Reengineering to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and optimizing costs.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, professional service teams, and IT resources to support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model, fostering strong partnerships across departments.
5. Analysis and Problem-Solving: Analyse complex business problems, assess potential impacts, and develop innovative solutions to drive operational improvements and service excellence.
6. Documentation and Communication: Construct clear and concise business-level artifacts to enhance understanding of organizational capabilities and processes, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.
7. Solution Design and Delivery: Provide strategic guidance and leadership in solution design, delivery planning, and commercial awareness, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities.
8. Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously enhance organizational capabilities and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in operating model design and implementation, preferably in the public or private sector services industry.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving impactful change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in using a range of tools and techniques such as Lean, Systems Thinking, and Business Analysis.
• Certification in relevant methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Process Management is desirable.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
