Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operating model design and implementation, preferably in the public or private sector services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving impactful change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering successful outcomes.
- Proficiency in using a range of tools and techniques such as Lean, Systems Thinking, and Business Analysis.
- Certification in relevant methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Process Management is desirable.
