This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of efficient and top-tier business support, working in tandem with the team's Secretary and fee earners to ensure a flawless and integrated client service experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to our services.
• Billing Management: Take charge of the group’s billing operations, including the preparation, issuance, and follow-up of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance the team's productivity, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Seamless Client Service: Collaborate closely with the team’s Secretary and fee earners to deliver exceptional, integrated client services, maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness.
