Our central government client is looking for a Business Change and Implementation Manager to join their team on a 11 month contract. The role is to manage the planning and Implementation of go live activities for the processes/ digital/ people/ infrastructure changes introduced by the Target Operating Model.
Key Requirements:
- The post holder will work with the team and stakeholders to enure effective planning and management for Implementation and go-live.
- You will Identify areas to be addressed and support teams in adopting good practice and standard approaches being identified across the programme. This will include planning for transition, contingency and fallback planning, ensuring robust plans and ensuring that work is fully scoped and impacted - Oversee the readiness to enter Implementation phase and provide key expertise, support and assurance for the Implementation and go live stages of projects.
- Effectively manage key internal and external stakeholders to develop plans, implement the go lives and coordinate input to effectively respond to issues arising, cascade information and ensure effective reporting.
Skills Required:
- Must have worked within central government previously
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with central government processes and policies.

The possibility to work on a 11 month contract paying up to £575 p/day (in scope of IR35). There will be a requirement to be on site 3 days per week in either London, Bristol, York or Warrington.
