If so, Moxie People is proud to be supporting a leading Housing Association in the Southwest, as they look to hire a Business Change & Development Lead. This is a great opportunity to join a team of dedicated and passionate professionals, on a 12 month FTC (initially), and take the lead in a transformation project through the modernisation programme & delivery of associated projects.

Role: Business Change & Development Lead

Salary: just over 47,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Hybrid & flexible working - must be able to reach offices within the Southwest region when necessary

12 month FTC (initially)

As Business Change & Development Lead, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing business operations to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance. Working closely with different departments, implementing best practices, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement to attain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Operational and Process Analysis and Assessment
  • Analysing data and performance metrics to develop a complete understanding of organisations delivery models
  • Lead the design and development of high-level Target Operating Models and service re-design, service blueprints and identify operational design principals.
  • Process optimisation - Utilise Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies
  • Work with wider transformation and change teams to develop blueprints into technical requirements

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience of working within a similar role - with the ability to demonstrate experience of process improvement and business analysis
  • Strong understanding of improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile
  • Experience of working within multiple sectors (social housing sector preferential, but not essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
