Business Change Manager - Commodities Trading, Power, Energy

Essential Experience

* Experience / understanding of physical oil, gas and power across MOTs and geographies

* Experience working within a commercial/risk environment within a physical commodity (ideally Oil) trader and/ or within consultancy / Business Change within this industry.

* Background working on Risk Projects or working in a market/credit/operational Risk role with a Commodities Trading firm

* Experience of Project Management or Business Change Management

* Experience of working in a globally dispersed team

* Experience driving the implementation of complex projects
