Business Change Manager (Airline Industry)

3 months initially (possibility of extension) / Jan start

Up to £618pd / Inside IR35 (Umbrella route - must be FCSA approved)

Hybrid working (Luton - 2 days a week in the office initially / WFH)

Customer Data Platform Programme

Working with the Customer and IT teams on a Customer Data Platform transformation. This person will work across a programme with specific focuses on high-impacting projects within the programme.

• Customer Data Platform Programme (CDP: technology change for direct users, self-service of data, data governance, wider comms of data changes)
• Someone who can communicate well - will be strong enough to challenge but not too much where it comes confrontational
• Operational model changes
• Big focus on data - self-serving rather than waiting for it to be provided
• Technical knowledge not necessary but would be a plus
• Embedding data platforms
• 4 different work streams, currently in the launch phase of the programme
• Agile change experience
• Strong makes things happen attitude, self-starter
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• 3-5+ years spent in Business Change Manager positions
