Business Change Manager – Philanthropy and Engagement CRM Implementation
This is a fixed term appointment for 24 months
Salary from £50,606 to £58,505 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £65,157 pa inclusive of London allowance
The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is a global community of people and ideas in the heart of central London. The Business Improvement Unit delivers a portfolio of Business Change projects and programmes across the School. LSE has recently embarked on a project to determine our data requirements for external engagement and implement a corresponding CRM for our Philanthropy & Global Engagement division (PAGE).
PAGE serves, engages, and works in partnership with alumni and friends, staff and students, volunteers, donors, global partners, organisations, and the wider community to further strategic aims of LSE. This project will determine data requirements to enable improved external engagement at an LSE-level, then design and implement an appropriate CRM solution for PAGE.
You will be a key member of the Business Improvement Unit working with colleagues across the School.
You will:
- Understand of the key elements of Business Change and have demonstrable experience of supporting people through change within a change process or project.
- Have experience of working within multi-functional teams across organisational boundaries, including leading staff through a process of change.
- Have highly developed communication skills, written and verbal, across a range of media and methods and adept at tailoring communication style and content to the needs of diverse audiences.
- Facilitate and support decision-making in order to ensure optimal change outcomes in line with the project/programme scope and aims.
