The role is offered with predominantly remote working with occasional travel to the London office. Here's what the role entails:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Change: Deliver high-quality initiatives/projects across multiple business lines, ensuring alignment with project charters/goals and communicating progress effectively to key stakeholders.
- Proactive Leadership: Provide proactive business project leadership, showcasing strong stakeholder facilitation skills and resolving complex issues to chart the right course of action.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic direction through thorough analysis of opportunities and challenges, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
- Solution Development: Develop realistic and workable solutions that meet customer needs and successfully implement them.
- Effective Communication: Communicate progress effectively through clear and concise reporting to all levels within the organization, including presentations at Steering Committees and Leadership events.
