Our client are a market in the construction of permanent and temporary bridges across the globe, due to continued growth they are seeking a part time business assistant to aid in sales. They are open on exact working hours and would look at hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities Business Development Assistant

• Research and monitor the UK market, including construction index memberships, to report on sales data, trends, and potential new business opportunities.
• Promote potential leads and business opportunities to the sales team.
• Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
• Respond promptly and professionally to business enquiries through website, emails etc.
• Collate data on potential leads and contacts
• Support the UK team with client meetings, develop the necessary intelligence around key clients, and play an integral part in developing the awareness of the companies offering in the UK.
• Work closely with Marketing to assist in key campaigns including following up from any conferences or events.

Qualifications & Experience Business Development Assistant

• Collaborative working style
• Good written skills
• Exceptional interpersonal & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
• Enthusiastic self-starter with a natural confidence
• Dealing with customers both in person, by phone and online.
• Working with databases, CRM systems and Excel
