Job Overview:

As the Business Development Director for the Financial Services Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic growth and expansion of the Company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing FinTech & data digitalization service offerings, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships to achieve business targets for the banking and financial sectors. Your ability to understand market trends, identify customer needs, lead Business Development strategy and effectively communicate the value of the Company will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a comprehensive Business Development strategy for Fintech / Data Digitalization & Governance solutions and services to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for the banking & financial sectors;
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business objectives, and develop appropriate solutions to meet their needs through market research and networking;
* Seize new business opportunities, oversee the entire pipeline process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensure efficient and effective progression of opportunities for the banking and financial sectors;
* Maintain a deep understanding of the company's comprehensive range of services and solutions to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize revenue potential;
* Lead Business Development team and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales representatives, subject matter experts, and marketing team, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business strategies;
* Provide data analytics insights to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities; and
* Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that may impact the business strategies.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development, or a related role, preferably in the technology industry with deep knowledge about banking and financial environment;
* Know-how on Fintech / Data Digitalization & Governance solutions is advantageous;
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, meeting deadlines, and driving business growth;
* Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and pursue strategic partnerships, Business Development opportunities, and collaboration prospects;
* Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with industry leaders, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders;
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and business trends;
* Bachelor's degree or above, and;
* Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
