Job Description: Sycamore Care is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced recruitment representative with a background in both telephone sales and the social care industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social care recruitment processes, demonstrating a passion for connecting candidates with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Sycamore Care's services and understanding their recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with social care organisations to identify and source suitable candidates.
- Offer both temporary and permanent staffing solutions to meet clients' diverse requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes to ensure effective communication with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telephone sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Background in the social care industry and familiarity the recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of social care regulations and industry standards.
