Business Development Executive Salary £30,000 - £35,000 Brighton / Hybrid Talent Hub are working in partnership with a successful, award winning and growing business based in the heart of Brighton. Joining their sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships across a wide range of contacts. You will have skills in presenting, dealing with inbound sales leads through over the phone and email. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is competent and adaptable. You will be skilled in proactively and consultatively making outbound calls, to achieve targets and generate leads and eventually into new clients for the business. Key responsibilities include: - Dealing with inbound and outbound customer queries and sales leads through both phone and email Representing the company at events and leading presentations Proactively build key relationships with external stakeholders and clients Undertaking online research projects to identify potential sales and Business Development opportunities Working closely with the Senior Consultant and Marketing team to develop sales strategies in line with overarching objectives on an international scale What you will need for this Business Development Executive job: - Proven experience in a consultative and proactive B2C Sales Executive role Experience of the Travel or Education sector could be useful but not essential Eloquent written and verbal communication skills Energetic, focused and results oriented mentality, with the confidence to achieve targets and generate sales leads Presentation and pitching experience advantageous but not essential Benefits include: - Comprehensive training Private healthcare insurance (after successful completion of probationary period) Employee discounts, plus much more
