Job Title:Business Development Executive

Location: Exeter

Hours: 37.5 hours, Full-time, Monday-Friday with some flexibility for successful candidate

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 DOE plus bonuses

Responsibilities: As the Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our client's business. You will be responsible for:

• Identifying and prospecting new clients to generate business opportunities
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to maximise revenue and increase customer loyalty
• Understanding client needs and providing customised solutions to meet requirements
• Conducting market research to identify potential market segments and trends
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Development or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficient IT user including CRM software
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
