The role

• Managing leads, contacting leads daily
• The ability to understand customer needs through a thorough fact find
• Booking consultations for customers, capturing all relevant information for the consultant
• Using a variety of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp and more
• Providing a high level of customer service to all customers
• Strong administration skills

The candidate

• Confident, with a hunter mentality
• Bubbly and energetic
• Experience with outbound sales, handling leads and working to targets
• Ability to be flexible with hours due to customer demand, this may involve evenings and weekends but shouldn’t exceed a couple of hours
• The ability to learn all products and services offered
