We are currently seeking a diligent and seasoned Business Development Executive to join our esteemed client's team in Newport. This role holds significant importance within our organisation, as you will spearhead our growth initiatives and contribute substantially to our success. Your primary responsibilities will entail expanding and nurturing our client base, ensuring exemplary levels of customer satisfaction, and proficiently managing client accounts from initial engagement to post-sales support.
Key Requirements: Valid UK driving licence Demonstrated expertise in Business Development or sales Ability to excel in a collaborative team environment Proficiency in leveraging IT systems such as Outlook, Word, CRM, and sales software (training will be provided) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 Salary Range: Competitive annual salary, ranging between £30,000 and £35,000 Responsibilities: Cultivate and expand our client database to drive sustained growth Deliver unparalleled customer experiences, surpassing expectations Assume complete ownership of client accounts and orders, guiding them through the entire process from initial engagement to post-sales support Conduct client visits as necessary to cultivate and maintain robust relationships Develop and implement effective strategies to diversify our client portfolio Provide meticulous feedback to facilitate informed decision-making and strategy development within the organisation.
