Key Responsibilities:

Client Base Expansion:
1. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets within the medical pharmacy sector.
Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
Sales Growth:
1.Drive sustainable sales growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies.
2.Collaborate with the sales team to maximize business opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
1.Monitor performance against strategic goals and provide regular reports to management.
2.Analyse data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
-Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its key players.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
-Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
