The role.
- Contacting potential new customers via phone, email and face-to-face to establish interest in becoming a retailer.
- Taking time to build great relationships with each potential new customer so that you adapt the services and products to meet their specific needs.
- Providing great customer service to a portfolio of customers.
- Pro-actively contacting existing customers to make them aware of new & upcoming product releases to increase sales.
- Capturing & updating customer information accurately.
- Some travel will be involved to meet with new or existing customers.
The Candidate
We are looking for candidates with some B2B sales experience selling products as opposed to a service ideally. They will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build trust with customers. Being a confident communicator is a must for this role, so you will also have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a flexible attitude and the ability to respond to a changing environment.
