Job Description:
- Using social media and job boards to find leads.
- Monitoring websites, socials, and google for job vacancies.
- Using our CRM system to qualify contact details.
- Scheduling calls in order to build up a pipeline
- Following up warm leads provided by the Consultants.
- Sending out and following up marketing literature
- Dropping “goodie bags” to clients containing gifts
- Negotiating terms of business for temporary and permanent positions
- Taking and reviewing job vacancies, working closely with the Consultants.
- Visiting new and existing clients with a view to gaining business
What you need to be successful:
- Previous experience within the recruitment industry is preferred.
- Highly motivated with an inquisitive nature
- Sales, Business Development or telesales experience required
- Money motivated
- Ability to think creatively and to find new ways to attract clients.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of an established team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pro active, ambitious and self motivated.
- Positive and professional team player
