An experienced Business Development Executive will be responsible for appointing a professional team of architects, quantity surveyors and planning consultants to ensure that when planning is submitted, all of their calculations, design and initial feasibility work is accurate with their goal being the successful granting of planning, to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income, take an active approach towards identifying new opportunities. 6 years work experience in Management or Consultancy, NQF Level 5 or equivalent required for the role, must be able to read, write, speak and understand English at least CEFR level B1
