We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our Sales and Marketing team.As Business Development Executive, you will utilise all outbound & inbound multichannel marketing campaigns, assets, content & toolsets (Lusha, Cognism, LinkedIn etc) to generate new business sales attended appointments with key decision-makers within LIMA's highly referenceable vertical markets across UK public and private sectors.You'll work closely with our Head of Business Development and Head of Marketing as well as collaborating with the wider Sales and Marketing team.Day to day you'll be responsible for:
- Outbound SAA lead generation to potential customers via telemarketing, LinkedIn and other outbound demand generation activity to selected vertical markets.
- Managing inbound leads by responding to inbound marketing communications to uncover and understand customer challenges
- Engaging with Decision Makers at all levels to build trusted relationships through a consultative, outcomes focused approach
- Acting as a brand ambassador for LIMA attend online and physical events.
- Working alongside the Marketing team to plan, follow up and feedback on campaigns.
- Work to achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly goals through demand and lead generation - based on the number of meetings booked with Decision Makers
- Ensuring accurate lead information and status updates in Connectwise
- Liaising with Marketing and Sales on planning, SAA progress and pipeline impact.
- Building prospect lists for key sectors
- Experience working within a telemarketing/sales B2B environment, (i.e., multi-month sales cycle and multi-stakeholder influencing)
- It is essential for you to have experience the technology sector, ideally an MSP
- Familiar with the principles of social selling and value selling methodology.
- Experience of using CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lead Forensics, and other Business Development tools.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment, meeting monthly targets, and managing own time effectively.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills - comfortable using personalised video messages.
- Natural relationship builder with the ability to quickly build rapport and influence across all levels.
