The Opportunity
Here is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Business Development Executive. In this role you’ll take control of your own destiny and get back what you put in!
You’ll be responsible for generating, driving new business and growing a temp desk from our branch in Hull.
What you’ll do as Business Development Executive
Reporting to the Business Manager, this role is all about delivering excellence and driving business through sales! We want to give you an environment and all the tools to thrive, what you need to bring with you is energy, enthusiasm, the ability to self-generate leads and ultimately, grow recruitment opportunities within your patch.
This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:
• Treat the are like your own business and sell recruitment services to clients
• Drive business through lead generation, repeat business and proactive sales calls
• Deliver unrivaled customer service to clients
• Be creative in your approach when networking with businesses
• Complete review meetings with clients to communicate business changes and trends in the marketplace to remain the recruiter of choice in your patch
• Understand the local labour market and industry sector, communicating any worthwhile information to the client and candidate pool
• Demonstrate business insight, be inquisitive, understand client operations and challenge appropriately.

What we need from you…

• You’ll be a strong negotiator, with a growth mindset
• Most importantly though, you’ll need to be tenacious, with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.
