We offer a full HR service offering with a major focus on employee relations issues (disciplines, grievances, redundancies), performance management, recruitment, training, and development.

Role Purpose:
Due to our continuous success and growth, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving sales activity to generate leads and onboard new HR Dept clients working alongside the Business Development Director.
- Prospect potential clients to achieve qualified appointments for the Business Development Director from business referrals & telephone enquiries.
- Proactively generate leads using tools, such as Sales Navigator & LinkedIn and outbound calls
- Track, follow and record leads on the CRM system.
- Work closely with the Business Development Director to develop marketing strategies to increase lead generation and identify potential PR, or networking opportunities.
- Promote and attend events & Exhibitions to promote the HR Dept across all our regions.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with a desire to build a career in sales.
You will be a first-class communicator, self-motivated, full of confidence and can build strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. IT proficient in all Microsoft packages, SharePoint, CRM, and communication platforms, such as Teams/Zoom and the telephone. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. An excellent team player with a willingness to learn and develop.
