Location: South East Territory covering Brighton, Canterbury, Dartford, Maidstone. Tunbridge Wells
We are offering a competitive salary of circa £28,000 -£30,000 depending on experience, a fantastic bonus scheme - the more you win the more you earn, company car, laptop, and smartphone.
On behalf of Britvic, Elevate are recruiting an individual to join our award winning sales team to work with some of the most iconic brands in the soft drinks industry, Pepsi Max the number one selling cola, London Essence Company voted No.2 bestselling mixer in the UK and Aqua Libra an exciting new water dispense solution.
The South East territory is a key territory in our South team, we only want people who have the drive and commitment to be the best and is not frightened to ask for the sale.
You will have the responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships within the on-trade outlets within your territory, working closely with RTM, influencing decision makers to increase distribution on dispense.
It is vital that the successful candidate lives within the territory ideally in the postcode areas of TN, ME, and surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in the Drinks Trade or from a Food Service background.
Things we're looking for:
• Previous On Trade sales experience
• Passionate about the drinks Industry
• Confident, personable, and well presented.
• Good negotiation skills & commercial mind-set, someone who can influence others.
• Computer literate and comfortable making presentations in 1-2-1 and group meetings
• Strong skills in time-management, teamwork, and communication
• Self-motivated and ambitious with a 'can do’ attitude.
• Self-disciplined to take ownership for your own day, delivering against targets to achieve success.
• Knowledge of Route to market for License free on-trade
It is a requirement of this role that you hold a full driving licence.
