Business Development Executive

Do you have strong Business Development experience? Have you previously worked within the logistics field?

My client is looking for an experiences Business Development Executive for a Heston/Hounslow based courier/logistics company. This will be a hybrid position - a mixture or office based and home working, with occasional UK travel.

Main duties: 

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Developing new business initiatives 
• Monitoring and reporting on industry trends 
• Providing first class customer service at all times 

Key requirements: 

• 2+ years' experience within sales/Business Development
• Experience working within the logistics field (road freight desirable)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Degree in Business Administration, Communications or Marketing would be ideal 
• Flexibility to travel occasionally for business meetings and conferences
