Supplying over 250 customers within the out-of-home market, they work with businesses to tailor their coffee according to their needs and tastes, and provide superior quality, private label coffee to well-known outlets across 15 countries.
As the business goes from strength to strength, our client is looking for a compelling and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their thriving team. With a focus on driving out new business opportunities, you will be traditionally trained, ideally within the Food and Beverage sector, and will be a natural hunter in your style.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role within the Sales team, perfectly complimenting the National Account Managers, in identifying and building new relationships which will be rewarded through an outstanding bonus scheme. Commercially astute, you will have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the P&L as the business strives to increase turnover by £20m in the next 5 years.
A solution seller, you will understand your clients’ needs and utilise every opportunity to upsell, always thinking ahead to introduce new product lines and to keep the pipeline rolling. With the opportunity to earn in excess of £30k commission, plus bonus and other benefits, you will be a self-starter who thrives off uncovering new clients and driving sales. As you will be working remotely, you will need to be organised and meticulous in your approach, with the autonomy to seek out opportunities at every turn.
