MET Recruitment is currently representing a leading supplies business seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with proven expertise in workwear and PPE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving team and contribute to continued growth in the industry.

- £25,000 to £ 32,000 depending on experience.

What will you be doing?
- Develop new and existing business by prospecting, nurturing, and managing your own sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, utilising a consultative approach to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales account managers and customer service, to identify new opportunities and enhance customer relations.
- Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude, embodying the ethos of our forward-thinking client.
- Drive personal and professional growth, displaying determination to build a successful career within the organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in workwear and PPE sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- This role is field based and requires a driving licence.
