Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our client's team in Maidenhead. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and Business Development activities in order to achieve revenue targets and build strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business and meet sales targets
Identify and engage with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable product solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and delivery of products
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
Prepare and present sales reports, showcasing achievements and recommending enhancements
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales and Business Development, preferably in the technology industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Proficiency in using IT tools and systems for sales tracking and reporting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000 per annum
