Does this sound like you? If so, you could be the new Business Development Manager and fearless leader of sales at Cineworld Cinemas.
You will be leading a team working across partnerships, events & media whilst collaborating with several teams across the business and reporting directly into our VP of Operations, Shaun Jones.
What will you be doing?
- You will use an out-of-the box mindset to define and manage the delivery of Cineworld’s corporate sales strategy whilst empowering each member of your teams to deliver across each of the following sales functions: Bulk Tickets, Events, Media, Commercial Partnerships and Gifting.
- You will collaborate with teams across the business such as Film, Commercial, Marketing & Finance whilst supporting the wider business to grow admissions, sell Unlimited memberships, and to maximise the downtime within cinemas.
- You will need to track market trends and data to ensure that Cineworld is always positioned as a market leader.
- You will be keeping on top of key data metrics for your team and provide regular analysis to senior stakeholders.
About you
- You’ll be a someone who leads by example but also understands the nuances of people management to galvanise and motivate your team members to embrace your sales strategy for driving Cineworld's growth.
- You will be someone who doesn’t accept the norm when it comes to maximising current revenue streams and developing new relationships; you will seek new ways to achieve and impress.
- You will be someone that sees the value in networking and building strong external relationships across the Film and Entertainment industry.
- You enjoy working with data to drive decision making.
