```Duties```
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
```Experience```
- Proven experience in Business Development or sales role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
