We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our office in London.

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, highly motivated “ Construction Business Development Manager “ to join our team in London.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

· Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant departments of universities,

· Participated in investment processes in construction sector is ideal,

· Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and results-oriented,

· Having advanced knowledge of written and spoken English, Arabic and Turkish

· Able to use MS Office at an advanced level,

· High level of presentation skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Identifying opportunities in U.K. North Africa and the Middle East for construction projects,

· Monitoring business environment to identify new Business Development opportunities both locally and globally,

· Analyzing global and local construction reports for assessment of a variety of markets, industries, competitive landscape evaluation of project opportunities considering technical, financial and regulatory issues,

· Develop and maintain high-level plans, timelines and budgets for evaluation, development and procurement activities,

· Evaluating potential locations for construction projects and providing input to models and business scenarios,

· Preparation of detailed plans, timelines, risks and budgets for development and purchasing activities,

· Supporting the daily management of development activities for the timely implementation of development plans,

· Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, permit applications, third party reports, and project status reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £5,500.00 per month
