Job Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners, nurturing relationships, and opening doors for the business. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads, schedule meetings, analyse the current financial market, and contribute to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.

· Conduct outbound sales enquiries to prospective clients.

· Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.

· Nurture and build on long-lasting client relationships.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.

· Schedule appointments and meetings for Partners and sales team.

· Research and identify target industries and markets.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies.

· Maintain accurate records of all activities in our CRM system.

Qualifications/Profile:

· Minimum of 3 years' of experience in B2B Business Development or a related field in Finance

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Data and process-driven.

· Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities.

· Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

· Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Knowledge of financial services and landscape.
