The Role:
As our business continues to thrive, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to further drive our growth while ensuring exceptional CX and ROI for our clients.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
● The ability to work to revenue targets, utilising a strong knowledge of our products.
● Identify and pursue new opportunities for business expansion, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
● Manage sales pipelines, developing strong relationships with existing clients, identifying their evolving needs and providing solutions.
● Collaborate with cross-functional in-house teams to develop and execute strategic Business Development initiatives
● Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing Direct Affinity's value proposition, solutions and capabilities.
● Negotiate and finalise contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
● Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyse data to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimise results.
● Stay abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes.
● Willingness to travel to various dealership sites within the UK.
Qualifications and skill set:
● Automotive experience is a huge advantage; however, we would consider exceptional candidates from SAS / solution driven backgrounds.
● We're seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in a Business Development role.
● We value the right fit over formal education. While a degree is appreciated, it's not a strict requirement.
● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts.
● We are looking for someone with first-class personal presentation, drive, and determination. Great organisation, personal authority and adaptability are valued, along with a good sense of humour.
● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
● Additionally, a full, clean UK driving licence is required for this role.
What’s on Offer:
● Basic salary £38,000 - £42,000, OTE of circa £50,000
