An expanding specialist lending group based in Central London are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to develop and grow their panel of financial advisers / brokers.

They are looking to become a go-to lender in Bridging Finance industry and are seeking someone that can deliver excellent service and relationship management andcan react quickly to their competitors and the ever-changing market environment.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for.
Developing the businesses loan book
Maintaining, or identifying Brokers and Introducers throughout the country to gain referrals for bridging and development finance.
You will work closely with the Board of Directors to exhaust all leads and will need a proactive and consultative approach.
Origination and execution of all finance deals, ensuring suitability of the security and in turn recommending appropriate terms.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is expected that candidates will hold previous experience working as a Business Development Manager (a minimum of 2-3 years) within the Bridging Lending OR Specialist Finance Industry. An ideal candidate is expected to complete minimum £18M loans in the next 12 months. Candidates are required to hold a full UK Driving Licence as travel will be required to visit business partners throughout the UK.
