ESTATE AGENCY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Wokingham, RG40
Salary: OTE £52k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced salesperson with exceptional Business Development and Property Industry experience to join a highly successful estate agency based in their Wokingham head office.
You will have a strong background in sales and Business Development to understand fully the benefits of our client’s services; a proven track record of exceeding targets, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a strong desire to build a career and to excel in your role.
The role will include sourcing and identifying potential clients, promoting the company directly, managing client’s expectations, and working to secure new business opportunities. You will be someone who is an excellent communicator with strong verbal and numerical skills, an ability to adapt your skills dependant on the situation, and being commercially aware with a competitive nature.
You will also need to demonstrate that you are highly self-motivated, articulate, engaging, charismatic and energetic.
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in estate agency, have the skill to win business and understand how to get the team focussed on getting the properties let to the best tenants.
Skills: The skills required for this Estate Agency Business Development Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in a customer facing B2B / Account Management role essential
- Experience in estate agency
- Proven sales record and target driven
- Competitive and commercially aware
- High level of customer service
- Superb telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
