Salary: £100k - 120k per annum

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of their business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement effective Business Development strategies that align with our organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other industry professionals.
Lead the development and execution of tailored Business Development plans.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the services and brand.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in Business Development within the construction industry specifically decent Homes.
Strong network of contacts and relationships within the construction sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyse market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
