Business Development Manager (French Speaking)

Venture-backed Fintech specialising in real estate for institutional investors and family office is looking for a junior French speakingBusiness Development Manager. Their dynamic platform, powered by AI and human expertise, streamlines property selection, strategic transformation, and letting management. The Junior Business Development Manager role is to develop a strong relationship with estate agents in France to access information first hand. You will join a small but dynamic operations team and will have the opportunity to develop your career.

This is an on-site role based in Central London office.

ROLE:

• Calling estate agents from a pre-set list to book as many viewings as possible
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with property agents, to ensure our client is the first to view the property
• Being the main point of contact with property agents throughout the acquisition process
• Capturing key information about the property and record within our client’s system
• Chasing property agents for key documentation
• Providing internal feedback on trends observed

PROFILE:

• Fluent French & English with excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with external stakeholders
• A highly structured individual
• Enjoys the hustle environment of a very early stage start-up, and is excited by the career opportunities that this brings
• Brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with real estate services is a plus

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• Between £30k and £50k basic according to skills and experience + equity
