Job Description
Essentially you will be responsible for growing and nurturing strong commercial relationships, you'll be as comfortable talking to c-suite level stakeholders as you are amongst your own peer group:
- Identify and implement strategies to drive business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders - internally and externally
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute strategies such as events, white papers etc.
- Provide detailed reports on growth metrics and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth initiatives align with company objectives
- Participate in professional development and industry events
- Commit to maintaining knowledge of unclassified industry trends and developments
The Successful Applicant
A successful Growth Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a growth-focused role within the marketing agency industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Exceptional relationship management and partnership development skills
- Sound knowledge of the marketing industry and its trends
