Are you a Business Development Manager or similar from a Haulage / Transport background or similar looking for a varied and dynamic role where you will provide specialist sales solutions to a broad client base across Hampshire and the Channel Islands within a market-leading, prestigious transport company who provide you with your own office and a company bonus to increase your earnings?

This company is a global leader in freight forwarding and provides supply chain solutions for a variety of businesses small to large. They make up 20% of the market within the Channel Island and have been providing their first-rate service for over 35 years. Due to a coworker moving on they are looking for a new BDM to join their team and make their mark on the role.

In this dynamic role your time is split between managing existing accounts (50%) and new Business Development (50%)- you will be required to maintain and develop new and existing clients. Freight products range from consumer goods to building materials and you will be required to strengthen this market position within the Channel Islands. You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm out of the office in Fareham and will get the opportunity to conduct occasional site visits to Guernsey and Jersey.

The Role:

• Account management (50%) and Business Development (50%)
• Work with new and existing clients
• Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure a profitable return
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm in your own personal office

• Business Development Manager or similar
• Experience with Haulage / Transport / Export / Distribution
• Commutable to Fareham, Southampton
